On February 6, 2023, officers were called to a home due to a "physical altercation". A witness described that Thomas was drunk. The victim reported that Thomas had placed them in a leg lock and would not stop when requested. Thomas was naked from the waist down during the assault.[1]

Officers observed that Thomas was "slurring his words, and incoherent of his surroundings".[1]

Response Timeline

On February 6, 2023, Thomas was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault on a family or household member.[1]

On February 7, 2023, Thomas was fired.[1] ‎
