2.1 2022 Domestic Disturbance

On September 11, 2022, Wallage was involved in a domestic disturbance with his estranged wife at her residence. Wallage broke down the door and entered the house without permission.[1]

Response Timeline

A judge issued two domestic abuse protective orders and a harassment order against Wallage. As part of the order, Wallage is not allowed to possess a firearm.[1]

On September 14, 2022, Wallage was removed from service.[1]

In November 2022, Wallage resigned "in-lieu-of termination".[2]
