Incident Reports
2024 Arrest of Unnamed Man
On April 2, 2024, officers approached an unnamed man, who was sitting in their running vehicle. After ignoring orders to turn off the vehicle, the man drove off before crashing into a wooded area. A K9 located the man and grabbed his arm. Walker punched the man more than 10 times and kicked him in the head as he was being handcuffed.[1][7]
The incident was captured on officers' body-worn cameras.
