2022 Drug Smuggling
On June 21, 2022, the agency received information that Sepulveda was sneaking drugs into the jail for an inmate. An investigation revealed Sepulveda's contacts, payment information, and physical evidence.[1][2]
Response Timeline
On July 18, 2022, Sepulveda was fired.[2]
On August 22, 2022, Sepulveda was arrested and charged with felony abuse of official capacity and felony possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.[2]
