Marc Correia

On July 11, 2024, police received a report that Correia was involved in a domestic violence incident and the victim had left the house. Children in the house had found Correia's duty belt, which he left "easily accessible", including his firearm and Taser.^[2]

Correia called another person, telling them to get the reporter to withdraw the complaint.^[2]

Response Timeline

In July 2024, Correia was arrested and charged with felony witness intimidation, felony improper storage of a large-capacity firearm near a minor, and misdemeanor assault and battery on a family member.^[2]
