2021 Domestic Violence Investigation
On April 25, 2021, Levi responded to a vehicle accident. A woman involved in the accident reported that she was trying to get away from her ex-boyfriend, who had assaulted her. Levi offered to call paramedics and the woman agreed, but Levi never requested them. Levi was "argumentative" with other officers during the investigation.[1]
