2022 Driving Under the Influence
On April 21, 2022, Curvan was driving while off duty and was pulled over for not having tag lights. Officers noticed the smell of alcohol on Curvan's breath and he showed signs of impairment. Curvan refused a field sobriety test and a Breathalyzer test.[4]
