2023 DUI
On February 18, 2023, Peach lost control of his personal vehicle and crashed into a tree. Responding officers said that Peach appeared intoxicated.[1]
Peach's blood alcohol level was .153, nearly twice the .08 legal limit.[1]

On Februiary 18, 2023, Peach was arrested for suspicion of DUI.[1]
Peach resigned.[1]
On April 11, 2023, Peach pleaded not guilty.[2]
On July 18, 2023, Peach was found guilty and given a year of probation. Peach was ordered to pay fines, enroll in classes, and is not permitted to have firearms.[3]
On July 31, 2023, Peach petitioned the court to remove the restrictions on firearm possession, out of a fear that prior arrestees "could seek to do [him] harm".[4]
On August 11, 2023, Peach's motion was granted.[5]
