2022 Assault
On April 21, 2022, officers were chasing a man until he crashed. Dominy arrived at the scene in support. Dominy hit the man with a closed fist.[4]
The incident was recorded on video.[4]

On September 2, 2022, a grand jury indicted Dominy, charging him with one count of third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.[4]
