2021 DUI
In February 2021, Campbell lost control of his vehicle, which went airborne and crashed into a house. The vehicle struck and injured two people in the house.[2]
Campbell's blood alcohol content was .20, more than double the legal limit.[4]
Campbell was off-duty at the time.[1]

Campbell was charged with aggravated assault while driving under the influence, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, aggravated assault by vehicle, driving under the influence, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, unsafe speed, and reckless driving.[1]
Campbell was fired.[2]
On April 13, 2022, Campbell pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, aggravated assault while driving under the influence, aggravated assault, criminal mischief, and other related charges.[4][2]
On June 27, 2022, Campbell was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in prison.[2]
