Response Timeline
On December 21, 2022, Ramirez was indicted on one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, 11 counts of indecency with a child, and 15 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.[2]
On January 30, 2023, Ramirez was arrested.[2]
Ramirez was relieved of duty pending an internal investigation.[2]
