On February 4, 2002, Doce was named the Miami Beach Florida Police Department 2001 Officer of the Year. During the year, Doce received 12 Letters of Commendation, five Special Mentions, and two Letters of Appreciation. Doce was recognized for several high-profile arrests.[4]

2016 Hispanic Heritage Month Award

In October 2016, Doce and other local personalities won the Hispanic Heritage Month Award.[2][6]
