2022 Domestic Violence
On November 28, 2022, Saginaw Michigan Police Department officers responded to a domestic violence call. Officers found a woman who reported that she had been assaulted by her husband. The investigation led to Maly.[1]
Response Timeline
On November 28, 2022, Maly was arrested and charged with suspicion of assault-bodily injury to a family member.[1]
Maly was placed on administrative leave while the Fort Worth Police Department investigated.[1]
On December 14, 2022, Maly was fired.[2]
