2023 Theft
On July 15, 2023, Anderson arrested a man. When the man was booked into jail, he realized that some of his cash was missing. A supervisor found evidence that linked Anderson to the theft.[1]
Response Timeline
On July 18, 2023, Anderson was arrested and charged with misdemeanor theft as a public servant. As a public servant, the charge was enhanced. Anderson faces up to one year in jail and/or a fine.[2]
Anderson was fired.[1]
