On September 20, 2022, two women reported seeing Bell exposing himself outside a convenience store.[2]

On September 26, 2022, Bell was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.[6]

On November 4, 2022, Bell was convicted of indecent exposure. Bell was sentenced to 90 days in jail, and ordered to serve 30. Bell must register as a sex offender and will be on probation for 12 months.[3]

On September 12, 2024, Bell pleaded guilty to public lewdness.[7] ‎
