2021 Prostitution
On January 7, 2021, a woman called the police over safety concerns and Troche was dispatched as a translator.[4][5]
On April 5, 2021, a report of "unwanted" contact was received against Troche.[4] Troche is alleged to have pressured the woman to perform sex acts, and offered her money.[1]
On April 5, 2021, Troche was placed on administrative leave.[1][5]
On November 21, 2021, Troche turned himself in.[4]
