Response Timeline
On November 17, 2021, Harmon sued Dominguez, Garcia, and Rodriguez for violating his civil rights.[2]
2019 Arrest of Cody Wade
Response Timeline
On July 22, 2021, Wade filed a lawsuit against the city, Garcia, and Rodriguez for use of "unreasonable and excessive force".[3][4]
On September 28, 2022, the city approved a settlement of $130,000.[5]
In November 2022, the lawsuit was dropped.[4]
