Overview
On July 25, 2023, Terre Haute Indiana Police Department officers responded to a call of an armed person who had threatened employees inside of a business. The incident was captured on body-worn cameras and surveillance cameras.[1]
The officers were placed on administrative leave.[1]
The Indiana State Police opened an investigation.[1]
On August 1, 2023, the County Prosecutor announced that the shooting was justified and the officers would not face criminal charges.[1]
