2022 Driving While Intoxicated
On May 17, 2022, St. Petersburg police conducted a traffic stop on Coniglio's vehicle. Coniglio showed several signs of impairment, including having an odor of alcohol on her breath, slurred speech, a blank expression, bloodshot/glassy eyes, and being unsteady on her feet.[2]
Coniglio failed field sobriety tests.[2]
Coniglio submitted a breath sample that returned a blood alcohol level (BAC) of .206. The legal limit in Florida is .08.[2]

Coniglio was arrested and charged with one count of driving under the influence with a BAC above .15.[2]
After the arrest, Coniglio was fired.[2]
On May 23, 2022, Coniglio pleaded not guilty.
On March 30, 2023, Coniglio pleaded guilty to careless driving and no contest to a reduced charge of DUI with a BAC below .15. For the DUI charge, Coniglio was sentenced to 12 months of probation, attendance at DUI school, and community service.[3][4]
